I don’t have a Sales Rep, can SeaSide assign one to me?

Call us today at (910) 604-9544 to discuss your project and we will assign one of our experienced Sales Reps to you. No need to worry about cold calls or follow ups, we focus on your needs to ensure we are meeting your expectations.

Will SeaSide come to my business to discuss my project?

Yes, we can schedule a time for one of our experienced Sales Reps to meet with you, or you are welcome to come to our location, use one of our conference rooms, and work directly with our on-site creative team to plan your next project.

Does SeaSide provide graphic design services?

Yes, we have a team of apparel graphic artists on site. As a contract print company, our clients are expected to provide vector-ready art. Our graphic artists will prepare design proofs and separations for screen print decoration, as well as prepare the design for digitizing in the case of embroidery. Minor art changes may be accommodated as requested and an additional fee applied. NOTE: We do not provide creative/developmental logo or art services, but will coordinate with your graphic artist to optimize production results.

Does SeaSide require a minimum number of units per order?

Yes, depending on the type of decoration, minimum quantities do apply.

Screen print – 24 units (items may be mixed and matched across a variety of styles and colors)

Embroidery – 6 unites (items may be mixed and matched across a variety of styles and colors)

Do I need to provide SeaSide with separations?

No, our graphic design team builds separations according to our production standards.

How do I know if the artwork I have is vector?

A: Reference our art requirements for acceptable file types.

Note: vector designs can be isolated and manipulated in pieces.

Spot, Four Color Process, Simulated Process – how do I know what to choose?

After looking at your artwork, our graphic design team can recommend the best screen-printing method to render the best decoration possible for your digital design.

Does SeaSide provide digitizing services?

Yes, we can produce your embroidered items from start to finish, including digitizing. Our digitizing team provides this service to ensure your decoration is produced to company standards.

Can SeaSide ship my order to multiple locations?

Yes, our order logistics department will split your order according to the requested shipments. (Slip-ship fees apply and will be quoted up-front.)

Can SeaSide blind ship to my customer?

Yes, we offer blind shipping to your customers. Inform your Sales Rep of this preference when placing an order.

Does SeaSide provide rush services?

Yes, please contact your Sales Rep for availability in production.
