Embroidery

Thread that lasts longer than the garment.

Embroidery
OVERVIEW

Embroidery is stitched thread — a premium, tactile finish that reads as quality the moment someone touches it. It's the standard for polos, caps, jackets, and branded corporate apparel.

We run 30 embroidery heads across multi-head Tajima machines and single-head samples, which means we can decorate large runs in days, not weeks — and handle everything from a left-chest logo to full back panels and hat fronts.

From digitizing your art to the final stitch, it's all done in-house so we control the density, the pull, and the finish.

THE PROCESS
01

Digitizing

Your logo is converted into a stitch file — a path for every needle, with the right stitch type, density, and underlay.

02

Hooping

Garments are hooped with the right stabilizer so the fabric stays flat and the stitch lays clean.

03

Thread Setup

Colors are loaded per needle; the machine is threaded and a sample is sewn for approval.

04

The Run

24 heads stitch simultaneously — large runs go fast, with consistent tension and registration across every piece.

05

Finish & QC

Backing is trimmed, threads are cleaned, and each piece is inspected before it ships.

DIGITIZING & SEW-OUT
BEST OF THE BEST

Every file is tested before it touches a production head.

Great embroidery starts with a great stitch file. Digitizing is its own craft — the wrong stitch type, density, or underlay turns a clean logo into a puckered, gap-filled mess. So we treat digitizing as the first quality gate, not an afterthought.

Every new file runs a sew-out on our single-head first — a stitched proof that lets us verify pull compensation, density, and registration on the actual fabric before the job goes to production. If it doesn't sew clean, it doesn't run.

Bring your own stitch file or let us recommend one of our trusted digitizers — specialists who build files tuned to the garment, the hoop, and the thread.

6 HEADS · DIGITAL PRESSURE FEET

Tajima TFMX — 6-Head

Our production workhorse for professional embroidery. Digital pressure feet hold tension and fabric registration consistently across every head, so a 500-piece run stitches as clean on the last piece as the first. Tuned for polos, jackets, and full-back panels.

Multi-Head Large Runs

Thirty heads running in parallel means large runs finish in days, not weeks. We balance loads across machines so every garment gets the same density, pull compensation, and finish — no matter which head stitched it.

1 HEAD · SAMPLES, NAMES & PROTOTYPES

Single-Head & Samples

A single-head machine handles sew-outs, one-off names, and prototype approval runs. It's where every new file gets tested before it touches a production head.

THREAD & COLORS

Amann ISACORD 40 — the only thread we run.

We stitch exclusively with Amann ISACORD 40 — a 100% trilobal polyester thread that handles high-speed embroidery without breaking or fraying and delivers vivid, true-to-color embroidery with a soft, premium finish. It outlasts the garment it's sewn on.

  • All main ISACORD colors stocked
  • Neon & flame-resistant thread for protective apparel
  • Reference conversion tables for a true color match
BACKING TYPES
LIGHTWEIGHT & STABLE FABRICS

No-Show 1.5 oz Tear-Away

A soft, lightweight tear-away that disappears cleanly after the run. Used on stable, light-to-midweight fabrics where a heavy stabilizer would show through or add bulk.

STRETCHY & UNSTABLE FABRICS

Crisp Cut-Away

A durable cut-away backing that stays behind the embroidery to hold stitch density on stretchy, unstable, or high-stress fabrics. It keeps logos crisp through wear and wash on knits and performance material.

EVERY JOB, BY HAND

Matched to the Fabric

There's no universal backing. We choose no-show tear-away or crisp cut-away based on the fabric, the design density, and the hoop — so the embroidery lays flat, holds its shape, and lasts.

THE FINAL STEP

Quality verified, then folded, bagged & tagged.

Embroidery isn't finished when the machine stops. Our QC and detailing step is where every piece earns its way into the box — verified, cleaned, and packaged to ship ready to wear.

  • Verify stitch quality, density, and registration against the approved sew-out
  • Trim every excess thread top and bottom by hand
  • Remove excess backing — tear away cleanly or trim cut-away to the edge
  • Inspect for puckering, gaps, and thread breaks
  • Fold, bag, tag, and process for shipment

FAQ

What's the minimum?

6 pieces for embroidery. Below that, patches can be a good alternative.

Do I need to digitize my logo?

If you don't have a stitch file, we digitize in-house — a one-time setup.

Can you embroider caps?

Yes — we have cap frames and run hat fronts, sides, and backs.

How big can it go?

Left-chest to full back panels — the limit is the hoop and the garment, not the machine.
