We feature ISACORD thread — a high-quality 100% trilobal polyester thread that handles high-speed embroidery without breaking or fraying. All main Isacord colors are stocked, plus neon and specialty fire-resistant thread. Reference the conversion tables when matching — screens do not show true color.
All content must be vector.
- All content must be vector, not raster.
- All strokes must be converted to outlines.
- All text must be converted to outlines.
- Art must be sent at actual size, or sizing specified in the purchase order.
- Thread colors must be identified and chosen from the Isacord list.
- Corel Draw users: export to .pdf and review before sending.

Thread has fixed thickness. If a letter is too small, stitches crowd and the holes in letters like e or a fill in and become illegible blobs.
