Digital Printing (DTF)
Unlimited color, no minimum, printed in-house.

Direct to Film is full-color digital printing — your artwork is printed onto a transfer film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. No screens, no color limits, no setup fees.
We print our DTF in-house, which means we control the color, the hand-feel, and the turnaround. Photographic detail, gradients, and tiny text that screen printing can't touch.
It bonds to cotton, poly, blends, and even nylon — so it's the go-to for hard-to-print fabrics, small runs, and one-off names and numbers.
Art Prep
Your file is prepped for digital print — color, resolution, and scale checked. No separations needed.
Print to Film
Artwork is printed in full color onto transfer film with a white ink underbase, in-house.
Powder & Cure
Adhesive powder is applied and cured into the ink, creating the bond layer.
Heat Press
The transfer is pressed onto the garment at temp and peeled, leaving a soft, durable, full-color print.
QC & Pack
Each piece is inspected for adhesion and color, then folded and packed.
Check file & dimension specs.
Acceptable file types, max print areas, sleeve & pocket dimensions, and placement standards for Digital Printing (DTF).
- Unlimited colors
- No minimum — 1 to thousands
Is there a minimum?
No — DTF works from a single shirt up to thousands.
Does more color cost more?
No. DTF is full-color digital, so one color and a hundred colors cost the same.
Will it crack?
Quality DTF, properly pressed, stretches with the garment and holds up wash after wash.
Can it go on polyester?
Yes — DTF bonds to poly, blends, and even nylon where screen printing struggles.
