It Starts with Art
We don’t just print whatever you send. Each design is carefully vetted by our team before it ever hits production. We check for printability, color separation opportunities, and ways to make it look sharper and more durable on fabric. Once approved, our internal production “seps” are created — clean, precise color separations optimized for screen printing.

All our plastisol inks are top-tier Wilflex Epix Rio — premium, super-soft, and built for maximum durability and wash resistance. No cheap ink here. Just rich, opaque color that feels great and holds up for years.
Burn That Screen
Screen printing lives or dies by the quality of the screen. We make an average of 100 screens per day, so practice makes perfect.
For perfect results every single time, we use a premium single-part photopolymer LED-reactive emulsion paired with our state-of-the-art Computer-to-Screen (CTS) wax-based printer. Sharp edges, rock-solid durability, and flawless ink release. It doesn’t get better than this.
