Order Terms & Conditions

Order Terms and Conditions

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions.

4. Production and Lead Times

Production times begin once payment and final artwork approval are received. Standard lead times vary by product. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

5. Artwork and Proof Approval

You are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval. We are not liable for errors in approved artwork, including spelling, color, or layout issues.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped via the method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final on custom and made-to-order products. Cancellations may be subject to fees if production has started. Any claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.

8. Color Matching

Due to variations in monitors, printers, and materials, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Pantone matching is available upon request, but slight variations may still occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

You affirm that you have the right to use any logos, designs, or artwork provided to us for production. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements on customer-supplied artwork.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor strikes.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
