Artwork Requirements
File formats, print-area dimensions, and placement standards for every decoration method we offer. Pick a method below to check max print sizes, sleeve placement, pocket dimensions, and hoop sizes before you build your quote.
OVERVIEW
Custom woven and embroidered patches, cut to any shape, applied by iron-on, sew-on, or velcro. We hand-sew every patch with durable thread that outlasts the garment it's sewn on. Merrowed borders give a classic raised edge; die-cut gives a clean modern look.

ART GUIDELINES
- All content must be vector, not raster.
- All strokes and text must be converted to outlines.
- Art must be sent at actual size, or sizing specified in the purchase order.
- Specify border type (merrowed or die-cut) and backing (iron-on, sew-on, velcro).
- For leather patches, note the 1/8" offset that guides the sew line.

We sew on the inside merrow by default, using a thread color that matches the design.
Leather Patch
Most leather patches have a 1/8" offset that guides where we sew.
