The largest apparel decorator and distributor east of I-95 — a second-generation, family-run business decorating 20,000–30,000 items a week at peak.
Mark Sblendorio didn't set out to build the largest apparel decorator east of I-95 — but he did come to it with one of the most serious résumés in the industry. Before a single squeegee touched a screen in his Wilmington garage, he'd spent nearly two decades as a chief information officer and senior vice president running technology, supply chains, and apparel at national scale — for UNICEF, Bedford Fair, and ARAMARK's uniform and career-apparel divisions.

In 2010 he traded the corner office for a garage, pulling squeegees for local teams and small businesses — and a second-generation, family-run business was born. Today Mark (CEO) and his sons Zack, Cody, & Ross run the floor together — the same family that started in that garage, now running four automatics, 24 embroidery heads, DTF, and sewing under one roof.
Together we decorate and distribute 20,000–30,000 items a week at peak, from T-shirts for local events to safety jackets that need a company's logo to embroidery for a resort's uniforms.

"I think it's going to be a time where regional manufacturing has a greater demand, and I'm excited about that."
ZACK SBLENDORIO · COO
It's a seasonal business — slower in winter, busier the warmer it gets. At peak we run three of our four automatics across the day, with room to load more as demand climbs. Short runs (24 to 1,000 pieces) are our core work, and we're seeing that work come back onshore.
We bring clients on and help them get their product out the door and into the hands of their customers — through web feeds, Shopify, order fulfillment, and the like.

Every order gets the care and attention it deserves. Computer-to-screen wax imaging, in-house digitizing, and a strike-off on every run mean your print is dialed in before a single shirt moves — piece one and piece ten thousand look the same.
We treat every project as if it were our own, because when you choose us you're supporting real people who live and work right here, not a faceless big-box supplier.

You do the shirts for this little league, or the Wilmington Fire Department, or the New Hanover County Sheriff's Department. You have these connections in the community, and it's really something special.
We've been passionate about it since Day 1 — and we've got dreams to keep growing. We speak your language too. Hablamos español.
